I'm an Assistant Professor of Higher Education at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. My research centers on the impact of college environments on student outcomes — including psychosocial development, openness to difference, and engagement with provocative ideas. Across my work, I demonstrate the power of scholarly research to inform practices and policies that create more equitable, student-centered, and transformational college experiences.
